Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on regular medication may obtain repeat prescriptions without having to see a doctor, until their medication review is due.

Repeats may be obtained as follows:

One half of the prescription lists all your repeat medication and must be retained for use when you order the next supply.
Please tick all items required and either deliver the slip to Wootton Medical Centre by hand or post it. Include a stamped address envelope if you wish it returned by post.
Collection service available from local chemists—ask them for details.

We usually prescribe for a period of 28 days at a time in line with the local PCT guidelines. Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be ready for collection. A letterbox can be found on the High Street side of the building.
