In support of Wootton Medical Centre’s future development programme, the practice will be visited by members of the Integration Commissioning Board (ICB) on Tuesdays 19th and 26th March 2024 all day.
During these visits, the ICB will be making observations on patient access, current appointment delivery, capacity mapping to compare delivery of the GP model of access, IT infrastructure, online consultations and appointments and room utilisation including clinical rooms used to make telephone calls.
The ICB will be speaking with patients attending the surgery for appointments on the 26th March, and the ICB will be conducting a simple structured qualitative assessment survey, of 10 questions. This will be taking place over the first 2.5 hours of the morning clinic times.
